We ship within 3 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse if your item is in stock. For items on pre-order, this time will vary. During times of high-volume, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship.

WILL YOU PRICE ADJUST IF ITEM(S) PURCHASED GO ON SALE?
If an item goes on sale or is reduced after you purchase it, we will not refund the difference.

As of right now, we are unable to process 2 or more discounts at one time per purchase
DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?
Once you receive an RMA number from your return, you can ship back using the carrier of your choice. Please keep track of your return as we are not responsible. We cannot generate return labels for our international customers. We have a 7 day return policy, please email email@example.com for an RMA number.

ALL Sale items are FINAL SALE. Including items purchased with a discount code, and items with a before and after compare to price. We do no offer refunds on any sale items. We use the following measurements as a general guide. Please keep in mind when looking at specific styles that our items can intentionally be made oversized or tight fitting. We will always mention in the description if the items run too small or large. Most of our garments are made from delicate laces or silks, which can be easily ruined if washed incorrectly.
