Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship during regular business hours on Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship during times of high-volume, such as holiday periods and sales. For items on pre-order, this time will vary. For custom gowns please check the product description for approximate shipping times. Orders must be placed by end of day Monday to ensure your item ships before the weekend.
When will my order arrive?
We ship using UPS or USPS for domestic orders within the United States and UPS, USPS or DHL for all international orders. The time it takes to receive your order will vary based on your location and the carrier. When estimating transit time keep in mind we ship from Los Angeles.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal, Applepay, Amazonpay, Googlepay, Shoppay and Affirm.
What if an item I want is sold out?
Sometimes we get returns on sold out styles. Sign up for our wish list by entering your email address on the product page and we will notify you if that item comes back in stock!
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
No we cannot ship to a P.O box
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
All sale items and custom gowns are final sale. If you are not totally in love with your new purchase, we are happy to refund the cost of your item(s) as long as the item is in new, unworn condition. We will not accept any items that look or smell used or worn- this is up to our discretion. You have 7 days from receiving the order to request a return & postmark it back in the mail. Returns can be processed using the link on our return policy page where you'll also find more details about our return policy. For more information about how our returns work click here.
There now is a $20 restocking fee for any items returned. This is deducted from your refund.
Can is considered a sale item?
ALL Sale items are FINAL SALE. Including items purchased with a discount code, and items with a before and after compare to price. We do no offer refunds on any sale items. If you have any questions about a sale item in regards to sizing, fabric etc. we suggest reaching out to online@thestonecoldfox.com prior to making your purchase to ensure the item will work for you.
Do you provide return labels?
Sorry we are currently not providing return labels. Please submit your return using this link which contains all of the important information you need for your return.

You may use your own choice of carrier but we encourage you to insure the package and keep the tracking number as we are not responsible for any packages lost en route to us.
Are taxes and duties included in my total?
California residents will need to pay their taxes at checkout, for all other U.S residents no taxes will be due upon checkout. Depending on the value of your order, international customers may be required to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of the goods in their country. Please check with your local customs office for up to date information on this matter. Stone Cold Fox is not responsible for any taxes or duties that customs offices may require.
Sizing & Garment Care
I need help with sizing
We use the following measurements as a general guide. Please keep in mind when looking at specific styles that our items can intentionally be made oversized or tight fitting. We will always mention in the description if the items run too small or large. If you need any help picking sizes you can always email our customer service team See Size Guide.
How do I care for my garment?
We always recommend dry-cleaning your special Stone Cold Fox piece. Most of our garments are made from delicate laces or silks, which can be easily ruined if washed incorrectly.
