Lets keep this simple! If you are not totally in love with your new purchase, we're happy to refund the cost of your item(s) under the conditions they are new and unworn with all original tags and packaging. We will not accept any items that look used, worn or damaged- this is up to our discretion. To start the return process simply follow the link on this page to request your RMA (must be within 7 days of receiving your order to be approved). Once an RMA is approved, you'll receive confirmation via the original email address used to place the order. All RMA emails include a return number, that must be written clearly on the outside of your return package along with on original invoice/packing slip. Packages without return numbers will be refused. RMA approval can take up to 4 business days but don't worry we won't include this period in your return window. Once your RMA is approved, packages must be dropped to the mailbox or courier and postmarked within 5 days.
After we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process and refund the order. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. It may take 5-7 business days for returned funds to show in your bank account. This is out of our control. Please contact your bank institute for more information about the release of your funds.
All U.S customers can request a return label to be generated during the returns process. Unfortunately we cannot generate return labels for International customers. All return label costs will be deducted from the total to be refunded. If you choose to return your item(s) using an alternative shipping method, it is your responsibility to keep tracking information. SCF is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address.
All sales items, custom gowns, SCFHome & Phone Cases are final. Sale items cannot be returned however if you want to exchange for another size or color that is in stock please email us at email@example.com & we'll try our best to do so. If you happen to receive a damaged sale item, we will send you a replacement. Please reach out to us to let us know if you think you may have received a defective item.
All items purchased online must be returned online. All items purchased in store, must be returned in store.
Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so be prepared to pay duties and/or taxes for orders over a certain amount. Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
