Lets keep this simple! If you are not totally in love with your new purchase, we're happy to refund the cost of your item(s) under the conditions they are new and unworn with all original tags and packaging. We will not accept any items that look used, worn or damaged- this is up to our discretion. To start the return process simply email online@thestonecoldfox.com to request your RMA number (must be within 7 days of receiving your order to be approved). Once an RMA is approved, you'll receive a number and address to put on the outside of you box when sending back.   Packages returned without approval through our returns system will be refused and you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the original destination. RMA approval can take up to 5 business days but don't worry we won't include this period in your return window. Once your RMA is approved, packages must be dropped to the mailbox or courier and postmarked within 5 days. 
 After we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process and refund the order. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. It may take 5-7 business days for returned funds to show in your bank account. This is out of our control. Please contact your bank institute for more information about the release of your funds. 
Unfortunately at this time we are not generating return labels for customers. Please return your item(s) using an a shipping carrier of your choice. It is your responsibility to keep tracking information. SCF is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address. You are responsible for tracking your return up until the point it is delivered to our warehouse. We also now charge a $20 restocking fee for all returns. This will be taken out of your refund when item is processed due to warehouse management. 

All sales items, custom gowns and archive sale are final. Sale items cannot be returned. If you happen to receive a damaged sale item, we will send you a replacement. Please reach out to us to let us know if you think you may have received a defective item.
Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so be prepared to pay duties and/or taxes for orders over a certain amount. Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
