Shipping & Return Policy

For any returns, please submit on the online portal within 7 days. 

 We now charge a $20 restocking fee for all returned orders and this will be deducted from your refund. 

All Sale Items are final sale, including items purchased with a code of 20% off or more. All custom bridal, Phone Cases and SCF Home is also final sale. This applies for all orders made online, in-store or on the app. For all full priced items, you may request a return within 7 days from the day the package is delivered. We will not accept any returns that look used or worn- this is up to our discretion. More details about our return policy, and how to make a return can be found in our FAQS section or via our return page.

We ship weekly using UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international. In rare cases we may need to use USPS if your international location is harder to reach. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details. Very rarely, it may be that the item you ordered has sold out. We will notify you and refund you promptly if this happens. Holidays & Sales may cause your item to take longer to ship. We are NOT responsible for packages lost by the carrier. For lost packages please contact the carrier directly.

International orders will not be charged U.S taxes, however can and will be subject to duties and taxes once the item reaches your destination country. Local duties and taxes are beyond our control. Please contact your local shipping or customs office to find out what duties and taxes you may be charged. If customer refuses to pay duties and taxes upon receipt and the item is refused, we will not refund shipping and return costs for the package.

At this time we do not offer return labels for international customers. You may ship your return using a carrier of your choice, however please keep tracking as we are not responsible for ANY lost packages. You are responsible for keeping tracking of your return up until it is 'delivered' at our warehouse.

Please note your original shipping fee is not returned. If we provide a label for you, a $10 fee is deducted from your return along with the $20 restocking fee.
