This applies for all orders made online, in-store or on the app. For all full priced items, you may request a return within 7 days from the day the package is delivered. We ship Monday-Friday using UPS & DHL. All orders placed after 2pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details. Very rarely, it may be that the item you ordered has sold out. We will notify you and refund you promptly if this happens. Holidays & Sales may cause your item to take longer to ship. We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier. For lost packages please contact the carrier directly.
International orders will not be charged U.S taxes, however can and will be subject to duties and taxes once the item reaches your destination country. Local duties and taxes are beyond our control. Please contact your local shipping or customs office to find out what duties and taxes you may be charged. If customer refuses to pay duties and taxes upon receipt and the item is refused, we will not refund shipping and return costs for the package.
At this time we only offer return labels for U.S. customers. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total to be refunded. You may ship your return using another carrier of your choice, however please keep tracking as we are not responsible for ANY lost packages.
All items purchased online must be returned online. All items purchased in store, must be returned in store.
