Can I wear a bra with this? A traditional bra cannot be worn with this dress, however many customers have found suitable strapless bras that work. Self-adhesive cups and nipple covers work too.
What undergarments should I wear? As with all silk gowns, we suggest seamless underwear. Nude seamless is best for lighter colors. It is also possible to wear high-waisted undergarments with this gown.
Will my body type suit this style? This style is most popular with customers who don't mind showing their legs.
What if my dress has arrived damaged or different to what I expected? O no! We do make sure every dress is perfect before we ship it however if for some reason you are unhappy with your dress please email us at email@example.com so we can fix your issue right away!

Can I ship my order to several addresses? Unfortunately, we can only ship your order to 1 postal address.
How will my order arrive? Your custom gown/gowns will be gift wrapped beautifully with tissue paper, ribbon & garment bags included! If you'd like us to include a note/card or any specific details that might need to be added please contact us in advance by emailing your request to email@example.com

*Disclaimer- Due to lighting & photography used in studio, the hue of the actual product may vary slightly from images used here. Depending on the style, lighter colors may be sheer. We suggest purchasing the lined version of a gown if you are concerned with sheerness.
Champagne A classic champagne tone with hints of blush & beige.
Moss A deep forest green color
Navy A classic, deep midnight blue.
Dusty Rose A dusty pink, pale blush tone.
Capri Blue Baby mint color with hints of silver & cyan.
Steel Blue A steel blue with slight hints of violet & silver.
Sea Green A subtle, sage color. Similar to Cambridge blue.
Oxblood A deep red, on the cooler side.
All gowns are made using 100% Satin Charmeuse. Gowns can be made with either a SHINY appearance or a DULL/MATTE appearance. Hue may vary slightly from images.
*Pick the row with measurements that are most consistent with your own to determine your size. If you aren't consistent with one we recommend purchasing a size up so that the dress can be tailored to fit. Keep in mind that some dresses are intended to be tight, whilst others are intended to fit loosely in certain areas.
All Sale Items are final sale, including items purchased with a code of 20% off or more. All custom bridal and SCF Home is also final sale. This applies for all orders made online, in-store or on the app. For all full priced items, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns that look used or worn- this is up to our discretion. We ship Monday-Friday using UPS & DHL. All orders placed after 2pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details. Very rarely, it may be that the item you ordered has sold out. We will notify you and refund you promptly if this happens. Holidays & Sales may cause your item to take longer to ship. We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier. For lost packages please contact the carrier directly.
International orders will not be charged U.S taxes, however can and will be subject to duties and taxes once the item reaches your destination country. Local duties and taxes are beyond our control. Please contact your local shipping or customs office to find out what duties and taxes you may be charged. If customer refuses to pay duties and taxes upon receipt and the item is refused, we will not refund shipping and return costs for the package.
At this time we only offer return labels for U.S. customers. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total to be refunded. You may ship your return using another carrier of your choice, however please keep tracking as we are not responsible for ANY lost packages.
All items purchased online must be returned online. All items purchased in store, must be returned in store.
