Lets keep this simple! If you are not totally in love with your new purchase, we are happy to refund the cost of your item(s) as long as the item is in new, unworn condition. We will not accept any items that look used or worn- this is up to our discretion. Just go to the Returns link at the bottom of this page and request an RA within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the RA is approved, you will be emailed an RA number that must be written clearly on the outside of your return package. You have another 7 days to get the package to our office. Packages without RA numbers will be refused. RA approval can take up to 2 business days. This will not affect your time to return the item(s). Each item that is being returned needs its own RA number but multiple RAs can be shipped together. After we receive and process your return, which can take up to 5 days, you will be notified via email once you have been refunded. Money credited to your account may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
We do not provide return labels and shipping fees are nonrefundable. You may send your return via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL (for international orders). Please make sure you have a tracking number as a way to make sure your package is received. SCF is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Most ALL international orders, any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so be prepared to pay duties and/or taxes for orders. Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over this and cannot list as a gift.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Los Angeles, California within 2 business days of placing your order. The only express shipping we offer is Next Day Air. All international orders are shipped via DHL.
We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Any overnight orders must be placed by 2 pm PST to ensure it ships that day. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Once an order is placed, you may not add any other items to your order or change the shipping details. Please be sure the information you entered is correct before you complete your order.
All sales items are final. If an item goes on sale after you purchased it for full price, we will not price adjust. Sale items cannot be returned- NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you happen to receive a damaged sale item, we will send you a replacement, not a refund.
All items purchased online must be returned online, NOT in store. All items purchased in store, must be returned in store.
